Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ando Finance ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners and any clients invited to the platform.

2. Description of Service

Ando Finance is a financial intelligence platform for home service businesses. The Service connects to your bank accounts via Plaid to provide read-only transaction analysis, AI-generated insights, cash flow reporting, and financial dashboards. Ando Finance is a financial analysis tool — it is not a bank, financial advisor, accountant, or tax advisor.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate business to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to connect the bank accounts you link.

4. Bank and Accounting Data

The Service uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. to access your financial institution data. By connecting your bank accounts, you agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy. We access your data in read-only mode and never initiate transfers or payments. You may revoke access at any time through my.plaid.com.

Optionally, you may connect QuickBooks Online via Intuit's OAuth. By doing so, you agree to Intuit's Terms of Service. We access your accounting reports in read-only mode. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from your Settings page.

5. AI-Generated Insights

Ando Finance uses artificial intelligence to analyze your financial data and generate insights. These insights are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice. You should not make significant financial decisions based solely on AI-generated insights without consulting a qualified professional.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at frank@andosystems.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to process data belonging to individuals who have not consented
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ando Systems and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on the Service's analysis or insights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting frank@andosystems.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
